Green Open Access: Self-archiving allows versions with Eurographics Branding to be hosted on a personal or institutional website. Authors can request the branded version from publishing-support@eg.org. Usually this version is distributed through USB sticks at the event. The license form is available at:

Gold Open Access: The author pays a publication charge and the paper will become freely available online for all to read, download, and share. The fee is 260 € for Eurographics Members and 340 € for Non-EG members to be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Here are the steps to be done:

  • Author sends the following information to publishing-support@eg.org:
    1. provides DOI-Link of the publication
    2. provides address and any information that should be included in the invoice
    3. sends filled in and signed EG-GOA-License Form
  • Publisher provides invoice
  • Author (or his/her institution) pays the invoice
  • Publisher
    1. sets the access rights in the Eurographics Digital Library to “not restricted”
    2. adds a comment to the item’s page that this paper is open access
    3. informs the author about finalizing
